Our client - International food company is looking for Business Insights& Forecasting Manager (Specialist)
Our client is one of the largest and best-known global retail companies operating in 119 countries. The company started business in Russia in 1990 and has its head office in Moscow. Today it employs almost 38,000 people in more than 326 locations.
Position Purpose
- Enhance business insights function, improve business results through better performance assessment and forecasting
Responsible for:
- Business Performance analysis (on-going and ad-hoc)
- Co-develop and launch (with 3rd party company & finance department) new AI-based forecasting system, improve accuracy of Company Traffic & Sales forecasting, incl. New launch separate effects forecasting
- Own new launch (product & promo) forecasting module, drive business efficiency & sufficiency into marketing agenda and plans
- Supervise marketing media effectiveness, co-partnering with 3rd party made Marketing Mix model, Media agency and Client's marketing team
- Be a center of excellence inside Business Insights function for internal BI tools
- Other business insights within both strategic & tactic layers
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics/market research, modeling-based forecasting, deep methodological understanding of standard & innovative research tools and approaches, personal experience of running key ones
- Previous positions: research/analytical agency or client side analyst (top retail OR food international company with research and strategy in scope, e-commerce, banking)
