Our client are the 5th LARGEST TOBACCO COMPANY IN THE WORLD.
The company has more than 110 years of experience in the production of high-quality premium cigarettes. Currently, they sell their products in more than 50 countries around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement local trade marketing strategy for specific brands;
- Manage and steer local trade marketing activities for the respective brands.
- Coordination of merchandisers and implementation in POS
- Marketing input for local masterplan and marketing ATL activities
- Set-up of "Marketing-Mix" for own brands, define portfolio, price, promotion and placement strategy
- Development of promotional strategy for brands and POS materials - define promo plan and steer promo plan execution (in cooperation with Sales)
- Coordination of merchandisers and implementation in POS
- Make fact-based decisions, recommendations and forecasts
- Translate brand strategy into customer marketing plans
Requirements:- Higher education
- Experience of at least 7 years in FMCG(tobacco), including trade marketing, shopper marketing, or category management with either a multinational or large local company
- Strong financial/business mid-set (P&L thinking)
- Experience leading trade marketing programs with large retailers will be an asset
- Multichannel experience
- Result/solution oriented
- Highly analytical, comfortable working with a wide range of data sources
- Able to translate plans into customer marketing actions
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Results-orientated and entrepreneurial.
