The mission of the VP of Sales for Russia is to build a robust hi-tech sales and customer success machine to propel the business to breakout growth of 300-400% per year and sustain it for the next 5 years.

This Is What You Will Bring To The Team

5-10 years of relevant experience in the Russian geography. Strong understanding of the B2B Sales landscape.

A candidate who has successfully led an enterprise sales team

Solid understanding of the Russian enterprise / E-Commerce / Online Delivery market space.

Key customer relationships in place.

Sound knowledge and track record of having successfully worked with large and mid-sized services partners

Excellent track record – revenue attainment, balanced performance, leading large / successful customer engagements. Strong customer network.
