Key responsibilities:
• To provide high quality, comprehensive HR transactional support (Tier 1/Tier 0) across all GSK businesses in a country, by focusing on enhancing technology utilization, data quality and metrics to increase HR customer satisfaction:
- Provide transactional HR support across all processes and across all business units within the country
- Maintain records in HR systems to ensure entries are accurately and timely updated for payroll and other key HR processes
- Execute personnel administration in line with legal requirements
- Support direct manager and internal client groups with responses to queries and provision of advice and guidance
- Support the smooth running of global and/or local processes by providing answers on the process or re-directing queries to the appropriate level
- Manage the employee interface, ensuring understanding, compliance and satisfaction with HR Policies and processes mitigating risk of employee dissatisfaction and litigation
- Own the data quality of our systems and ensure appropriate follow-up with employees / line managers to secure this
- Liaise with external suppliers as appropriate to deliver HR services
- Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes in ServiceNow, Workday, 1C.
Requirements:
- University Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience in HR administration (Labor Code)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and 1C
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously while keeping focus on details and process excellence
- Ability to work and maintain resilience in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Intermediate level of English
