We opened a position for a responsible and positivity candidate, who really likes to communicate with people. You will be a main expert and support for our corporate clients in all their questions about KF products… and you will have a huge number of calls from them…nonstop calls ;)!
Responsibilities:
- Manages clients of the different sectors on various issues: advising on the use of Korn Ferry products and platform, market trends, participation in industry round tables. Main contact person from the partner – HR Department (C&B/Reward, Talent, Internal communications/Engagement).
- Manages relationships with assigned clients during the delivery period of a product or service. Typical delivery period spans from weeks to over a year
- Follows processes to increase client satisfaction amongst the assigned accounts. Takes action to improve client satisfaction if necessary
- Delivers presentations, workshops and client trainings around product and services
- Maintains ongoing relationships with assigned customers and supports renewal with commercial colleagues and creates opportunities for yield by understanding client needs and requirements and using this knowledge proactively in collaboration with commercial colleagues
- Taking part in data collection and analysis for Korn Ferry annual salary survey and participation in another company’s projects – preparing data collection tools, verifying reward data received from clients and communication with them on corrections/questions. (from April to September there is usually massive global data collection and the busiest days)
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- 2-3 year experience consulting, customer service, hr and experience of communication with a large number of clients
Preferences for candidates with experience in working with clients (internal and external) in the field of HR, especially if you have worked in the field of compensation and benefits - please urgently send us your resume :)
- English - Upper Intermediate and above! (the position presumes communication with native speakers and foreigners on professional topics, written correspondence and professional materials compilation and translations)
- Analytical mind and analysis skills, advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint (the words “VLOOKUP”, “COUNTIFS” and “PIVOT TABLE” you really like!))
- Common literacy, attention to details, ability to work in a changing environment, a high level of responsibility, and at the same time positivity, creativity, communication, “love for people”

• Permanent contract in full accordance with Labor Code of Russian, a fix. salary range (the final offer will be discussed with successful candidate )
