For the CS team, our key performance indicator is customer retention through renewals & upsells/cross-sells.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure AmazingHiring customer portfolio retention is high by driving proactive approach to Customer Success
- Hire, onboard, coach and manage our Customer Success team
- Manage internal CS management platform
- Develop key customer success plans and review progress during QBR’s
- Drive our product development strategy
- Cooperate with marketing team on Product Marketing strategy: create efficient learning materials, run product webinars, host customer events online and offline
Requirements
- Consistent track record (6+ years) of proven success in HR/recruitment or sales/customer success in a dynamic, start-up environment
- Experience with building and managing a team
- You know how to build trust and communicate effectively with C-Suite and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
- You consider project management a strength, you are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
- Interest in the HR Tech space; you are going to become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your product and industry knowledge over time
- Own tech recruitment experience is highly desirable, but not required
