Job Description
We are seeking a proven Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is responsible for generating leads, cold emailing/texting prospective clients, achieving predetermined prospecting quotas and targets while ensuring a satisfied customer.
Successful candidates will receive necessary market-proven business and sales tools, frameworks, pipelines, guidelines, qualified coaching and constant support to ensure the highest results and job satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Learn details about products and services our clients sell and provide

Identify buyer persona profiles

Generate relevant prospects and leads

Cold emailing/texting
-
Assist in establishing hypothesis and testing them

Classify hot, warm, and cold leads

Send targeted emails

Investigate leads’ needs, problems and wants as much as possible before first contact

Religiously track and manage your progress in CRM
-
Report to sales leader on a daily/weekly basis
-
Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
Requirements
-
1+ years of Lead generation/SDR experience

Proven track record of creating, managing and scaling outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn is a must

Good communication and written skills in English

Demonstrated ability to find high-level business sales

Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills

Prospecting skills and experience

Solid business acumen with a focus on startups and SMBs (preferably based in the USA)

Proficient skills with CRM tools and ability to quickly learn new tools
