Our Great Opportunity!
We are now looking for a Technical Solution Expert in the Mobile Transport area to support the KAM organization with product and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design and delivery of customer projects. Your role is to position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader and to secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization.
You will
- Proactively promote Ericsson as technology leader, communicate and discuss technology strategy and vision with relevant customers in Market Area Europe & Latin America.
- Provide techno-commercial support to our business in Eastern Europe & Central Asia.
- Conduct test/proof on concept with customer with aim to focus extra on driving the customers Transport network evolution.
- Provide proactive sales support for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Market Areas and Customer
- Build knowledge transfer process, to ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s technology and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function, and Ericsson Research.
To be successful in the role must have
- Academic degree in IT, Engineering or Telecom
- Substantial in-field experience from Telecom Sales/Solutions or equivalent
- Solid experience with Transport Solutions, Mobile Backhaul, Microwave, IP Routing & SDN, Mobile Core
- Thorough knowledge of assigned area
- Experience of leading negotiations with Customers, coping challenging situations and building long-term mutual relations with a Client
- Business Understanding
