Accountability:
The position is accountable for development and implementation of the LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM sales strategies and coordination of the LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM project execution in the territory of CIS market.
Responsibilities:
- develop and implement LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM sales strategies
- together with the BU Leader set LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM sales targets for the region
- lead operational reporting process and ensure the forecast commitments are met for LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions
- actively promote LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions to the relevant end-users and system integrators; regularly visit existing customers and generate new customer’s demand; provide expertise of LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions and its possible application for end-users and system integrators
- cooperate with marketing to promote LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions to ensure the strategic growth opportunities are captured; define what initiatives and promotion methods are required and communicate to marketing
- define and eliminate barriers to LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM sales growth in the region; escalate revealed issues to the management if necessary
- present LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions opportunities to the customers focusing on its advantages compared to competing offers
- ensure customers satisfaction through coordination of timeliness and accuracy of LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM project execution
- use all available resources to be constantly aware of LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM projects statuses
- define customers needs and demands and offer relevant solutions
- consult customers and hold seminars, presentations, etc. explaining to the customers LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions application opportunities and advantages
- prepare analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness of implementing LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions
- define, demonstrate and execute LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions application including field test
- establish positive relationship with the customers to ensure future sales and continues demand
- ensure effective project marketing and reasonable pricing approach in order to meet booking targets and support project execution
- lead specific initiatives to promote LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions
- actively engage strategic customers including creation of primary demand
- support customers on working out technical requirements
- as required, communicate internally potential orders to ensure effectiveness of its further execution
- define certification, testing or improvement needs of LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions, communicate internally to fix it
- participate in regular competition analysis, define potential opportunities and risks
- demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to negotiate most favorable deal terms
- act as the center of excellence for LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions to ensure customers consider Emerson as essential business partner for pipelines and terminals solutions
- negotiate shipment order conditions in the frames of DOA
- cooperate with LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM centers of excellence in Europe and the US regarding delivery terms, technical characteristics, support for project execution, etc.
- after-sales support to the customers including prompt trouble shooting
- attend customers meetings as required
- strict compliance with Emerson policies on commercial activities (Checkpoint, due-diligence procedures)
Experience, qualification:
- deep knowledge of LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM products and solutions
- deep knowledge of pipelines and terminals market
- bachelor or higher technical degree
- strong customer relation skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- language proficiency: Russian – mother tongue; English – fluent
- readiness to travel locally and abroad
- computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
