Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for SALES MANAGER to manage sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve and even exceed budget and sales strategy for our hotels.
Our Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- selling to new and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business;
- selling all facets of the hotels;
- developing and maintaining a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market;
- developing and maintaining contacts with business generators, meeting and convention planners, corporate accounts, and other producers closely allied to hotel business;
- building profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place;
- conducting client interviews and entertaining clients;
- planning and conducting familiarization tours and site inspections;
- travelling when required to promote the hotels and develop potential business;
- monitoring existing business and inputting into sales strategy meetings to maximize business;
- interfacing with operations on a timely basis;
- assisting with the preparation of new products and services.
PERSONALITY & SKILLS
Our Sales Manager
- demonstrates ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;
- has strong problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and convincing abilities;
- proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources;
- has good writing skills;
- energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;
- able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision;
- has more than 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in the hospitality industry;
- fully proficient in English.
