KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection complaints from customers on online platforms;
- Provide feedback to the R&D team in time, assist in locating and resolving problems, summarize them and repair progress of the products regularly, follow up the repair and update the status;
- Produce daily push content to improve user reflux rate;
- Optimize the application store publicity materials and copywriting to improve the rate of app store;
- Reply to the store evaluation, statistics the store key data, feedback the change trend, analyze the change factors;
- Rapid analysis of hot events in the macro industry and customer level;
- Keeping cross-functional communication with another departments.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 2+ year's relevant experience;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above) and Chinese (HSK 6);
- To have knowledge about various Russia interconnection products and content platforms;
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must), Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to learn an understand mobile phone industry.
