THE ROLE
The main purpose of the role is to drive in-store and online sales of our bright brands like Wella & Londa. Are you creative and structured at the same time? Then it's an excellent opportunity for you!
Reporting to: TM Leader of Category Wella RH business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop TM strategy by Distributors channel & #1 NA Magnit aligned with the brand strategy.
- Localization of trade-marketing plan for Russia & CIS Distributors, based on global guidelines;
- Activity Master Plan development and implementation in line with the brand strategy. Leading of Distributors’ and Top 20 Distributors’ Customers Trade Marketing calendars;
- Channel and Category management strategy.
- Customization projects with Magnit.
- Market performance analysis and Best Practices implementation;
- Provide inputs on Initiatives forecast and ensure tracking. Initiatives’ scorecard leading;
- Manage Distributors’ promo GtN budget (as separate part of the overall GtN budget);
- Enable sales team to deliver superior presence for BIC Initiatives support and brand fundamental fixation in-store;
- Close cooperation w multifunctional Team: MKT, DO, NA , CIS, Supply chain, Finance;
- Act as the key liaison between MKT team and sales organization/ customers
- Brand in-store fundamentals tracking & improvement with Distributors’ customers & Magnit:
- Planograms creation & deployment for Magnit and Distributors’ channels;
- Key in-store metrics tracking (distribution, product, pricing, shelf share), interventions planning & execution with Sales team;
- Permanent brand visibility improvement with the help of shelf tools (both illuminated & non-illuminated)
- Development of toolkit for sales teams
- New launches (trade part):
- Preparation of In-store toolkit in line with global guidance & Customer’s specifics;
- POSM development, localization and production;
- Trade support execution: retailers’ slots (detailed alignment with global brand teams & customers, coppings, BTL activities);
- Plan and CPS execution together with multifunctional team (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, POSM)
- In-store activations planning, alignment with brand team & customers and execution (Client day, BUY&GET, promo mechanics, etc);
- Distributors’ conferences preparation & leading
- Education materials for sales creation and deployment ( category expertise, one pager, product trainings etc)
- Customize portfolio, support & launches for CIS.
- Motivation programs for Distributors’ channels & personnel development & execution
- Leading TM part on initiatives’ & business/performance meetings
- Close co-operation with Merchandising agency on key KPI’s monitoring & improvement.
- Promo & budget ROI effectiveness analyses
- A&CP budget controlling and PoP/Docs;
- Contribution to annual joint strategic plan with customers
YOUR PROFILE
- 2+ years in Sales team of big international FMCG company (NA Account Executive, E-com Sales manager, Trade Marketing Manager). Experience with Beauty is considered as advantage;
- 1+ years in Trade Marketing (Category manager, Sales Development manager);
- 1+ years of working in multi-functional team and close collaboration with other teams (supply chain, finance, procurement, etc.);
- Experience in budget management (icnl. actuals tracking), calculation of activities’ ROI and P&L compilation;
- Intermediate English and higher (solid written communication);
- Advanced presentation skills;
- External focus, awareness about industry;
- Skills & abilities:

o Ability to learn on-the-go
o Stress resistance & ability to focus under time pressure
o Ability to embrace change
o Basic business analysis skills
o Ability to work in multi-functional team
