Role summary
In this position, you have responsibility for maintaining close relationship with our customers, commercial and operational performance of the contract and developing the business further with existing customers. You need to reach your business goals and keep the customers satisfied.
Tasks and responsibilities
1. Support Lufthansa Technik key customers in Russia and CIS.
- Ensure the provision of services according to the contract, identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with various the business units.
- Provide customer support in complicated operational issues in cooperation with Lufthansa Technik engineering and operational support manager. Coordinate the actions of various departments in order to meet customer needs.
- Systematically enhance customer loyalty. Develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction.
2. Take care of the revenue and profit of the customer contract.
- Calculate and review business plans and work closely with the Sales team on modification of contract conditions.
- Monitor revenue and profit. In case of inconsistency with the business plan, define and analyze the roots of the problem, provide measures for improvement.
- Negotiate adjustments to contracts in cooperation with business units and sales
3. Report operational and commercial performance to the top management in Moscow and Hamburg.
4. Organize and lead regular performance meetings with customer’s top management
5. Identify upselling potential for existing customer. Prepare technical documentation for negotiations with customers and prepare sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Professional Experience
- Relevant professional experience in customer relations, preferably in technical customer service or maintenance of aircraft.
- Technical Competencies and other prerequisites
- Good knowledge of customer service or sales, strong service and customer orientation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex processes
- Ability to work with numbers and analyze the data
- Great networking skills
- Ability and willingness to work in an international environment
- Proven teamwork skills
- Clear spoken and written expression in Russian and English.
- Working Permit for Russian Federation
- Ready for frequent business trips
