We are an international company, Social Discovery Ventures, specializing on the web and mobile products where people from different countries can expand their social and business network.
The geography of our offices:Russia (Moscow), Latvia (Riga), Belarus (Minsk), USA (New York), UK (London), Malta, China (Chongqing), Hong Kong, Colombia (Medellin).
Inside our venture structure, we’re launching high-end products which utilizes both technological and social behavioural innovations. One of these projects is the Noda Open Banking - the platform for processing payments and bank information. We are licensed for the Open Banking services provision in the UK and applied for the license in the EU.
For the Noda Pay (online bank payments with the cutting edge end-user experience) we are searching for the person who will set up and lead the sales & business development department. The target market of that product is the UK & EU countries, with the planned further development into Asia and North America.
Our expectations:

Proven experience of B2B sales in fintech in the UK (mandatory) and EU countries.

Good understanding of financial and payments industries.

Developed networking in the UK.
-
Familiar with business development / sales automation tools.

Experience in sales pipeline creation & management.
-
Excellent skills in sales, negotiations, working with objections, communication, including top executives of companies.

High level of self-discipline and organization skills.
-
Excellent level of English & Russian languages is mandatory.
Your tasks:

Developing the sales strategy: with both direct sales and partner/referral programs.

Lead generation, sales pipeline management.
-
Meetings with the potential customers and partners (heads of departments level).

Prepare and conduct presentations, sales pitches.
-
Fulfill the sales plan and reporting.
-
Helping the team (dev, legal, operations) to understand the market demand and to formulate a proper product roadmaps.
