Are you passionate about excellent customer service and would love to work with the LEGO® Group's biggest customers in Russia?
Core Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders from generation to delivery execution
- Ensure shipment to customers is reliable, on time and in line with current legislation as well as the business operational model and trade terms.
- Laser focus on inventory/sales data, replenishment plan generation, order composition, transport/capacity planning and delivery tracking
- Ensure timely dispatch from Regional Distribution Center, delivery to Customers and invoicing of shipped orders
- Follow Order Management rules and internal processes
- Ensure excellent launches and promo execution
- Analyze performance e.g. out of stocks, service level, stocks, delivery service, launch adherence etc
- Ensure proper and timely month closure, root cause analysis of all agreed KPIs and their achievement

Our Operations Department's core focus is being the ultimate owner of the overall flow of goods to the marketplace. Starting from the analysis of the current performance and trends, sending signals to production sites on SKU level with an 18-month horizon, ending with product landing on customer shelves. To achieve this, excellent and transparent order processing needs to be in place.
As a member of Customer Service team you will own and lead end to end customers’ order processing - from invoicing and financial documents, to launch and promo execution, claims handling, data analysis and month closure.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven and relevant experience in Customer Service or logistics department
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external customers (Russian and English)
- Advanced Excel mastery (30 min local test will be a part of the interview process)
- Proficient with Internal Data systems (SAP, 1C)
