Emerging Travel Group is a travel-tech company that owns four brands: Russian brands Ostrovok.ru and B2B.Ostrovok, as well as international brands ZenHotels and RateHawk.
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager, to develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Main responsibilities:
- building new business relations with Technical platforms;
- researching and prioritizing business opportunities;
- negotiating financial terms, performing full-cycle assistance during legal negotiations and technical integration;
- managing relationship with the current partners: accounting, reconciliation, joint marketing campaigns, technical and commercial optimization;
- building a deep knowledge of the partners’ systems, understanding key features of their product;
- leading internal projects, such as creating a knowledge base, updating information on internal resources, transferring platforms to new API version, signing amendments, collecting questionnaires.
Our requirements:
- experience with enhancing existing and developing new business partnerships;
- ability to manage cross-functional relationships and relationships with all levels of the client's organization;
- ability to work independently and in collaboration with high level of success/achievement;
- excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English;
- ability to analyse business situations, operational KPI’s, decision-making processes, pricing calculations, etc;
- desire for professional growth and learning;
- proven track record of successful business development in the travel industry is a plus.
