Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Sales Account Manager CIS Region/Business Line Refinery
Purpose of Job: Sales generation of the refinery portfolio and augmentation of Clariant products in the CIS region. Implementation of Clariant Refinery strategy in the local market.
Position duties:
Business Development of Business Line Refinery Services in RF: ensure implementation of the business strategy in accordance with Compliance requirements , assist in development of new projects, plan and organize meetings, conferences, trainings for customers, participate in meetings and conferences.
Operational Sales Management : achieve targeted sales and gross margin by promoting Clariant products, negotiate prices, prepare commercial offers, prepare all necessary documents for tenders, monitor tender procedures, creation of requests for credit limits, transfer prices in TP Tool for contract placement, cooperate with support groups (Customer Service Desk, Legal Department, Logistics Department, etc.), ensure timely deliveries and monitor delivery process, regular reporting ( business forecast, financial and demand data, internal reports (sales forecast, tender list, MWB & BL Refinery, etc.)
Contract Management: prepare, negotiate and approve terms and conditions of contractual documents in accordance with SOP, prepare and submit documents for approval of Unlimited Liability, monitor duly signing of contracts , contractual documents and their placing on respective corporate network locations
Customer Relationship Management: liaise and develop relations with customers through communication, including meetings, personal visits, conferences, trainings for customers, maintain according information in CRM, handle customer concerns/complaints.
Requirements:
- A dynamic high-performing Sales Manager
- Excellent communication skills on all levels and professional demeanour
- Excellent structural and analytical skills
- 3-5 years business experience in international company major in sales/production of refinery chemicals or technology
- Fluent in English
- High level of MS Office (Excel, Outlook), SAP knowledge is of advantage
- Masters degree or higher education in chemical engineering or chemistry ( additional Business Management skill or PhD title tecnology or chemistry is of advantage)
- Market experience/expertise expecially in refinery market segment
