Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Территориальный менеджер по финансированию/Area Sales Manager
Major duties:
- Work with dealers and end users to arrange and structure leasing products/services to customers within the Deere channel, utilizing JDF product tools, payment calculators, product pricing models, etc.;
- Assist customers (and dealers) in gathering the customers' underwriting (application support) information, and issuing lease payment quotes (preliminary offers) to the customers, and rate buy-down quotes to the dealers (or, alternatively, to train dealers to issue such quotes to customers). Person will be required to assist with hard copy contract signing liaising between the customer and office staff;
- Conduct customer site visits with the intent to verify customer's application representations and ascertain the customer's assets and scale of operations and capabilities;
- Perform first-stage vetting of customers against minimum customer acceptance criteria and compile, partially fill out, and pass customers' application documentation to credit analysts of the leasing company;
- Set up good business relationships with equipment divisions and dealers to promote effective and efficient finance product delivery through regular visit/meeting/business activities with equipment divisions, dealers and customers;
- Collect and report information on competitive activity including interest rates marketing programs, target markets, etc. Research, development and pricing of new products and product enhancements according to the market demand while assessing risk mitigation and targeted yields;
- Administer pricing exception requests (but does not approve) and resolve product service level issues with dealers and/or customers;
- Recommend strategies to reach growth and profitability targets in the assigned territory;
- Attend special events, farm shows, field days, openings, meetings, and seminars to promote credit products among the general public, government agencies, and personnel of the branch to increase the demand for credit from direct and indirect clientele;
- Provide training to the dealers' sales force to ensure credit products are properly communicated to sales prospects.
Desired Knowledge & Skills, Relevant Work Experience:
- Understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, accounting, and marketing concepts. (Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge and teach others).
- Understanding of credit products or services and policies. (Performs more complex functions, understands principles, may teach others).
- Good interpersonal negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent English.
- Driving license and good driving experience
- Willing to travel roughly 30-50% of business time across the assigned territory
- Experience working in the finance industry. (1 - 3 years) Experience in retail sales and marketing working for a western or prominent Russian captive, banking, or universal Finance Lease company in Russia.
- Experience in customer credit assessment, underwriting processes/procedures
- Sales/marketing experience in financial services. (2 - 3 years)
- Sales/marketing experience of agricultural/construction equipment is a plus
- Having worked for a captive leasing company of a major construction/agricultural equipment manufacturer is a major plus
