Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Regional Business Finance Manager, RUCIS Finance Analyst will:
- Support the RUC Business Finance Manager in the consolidation and preparation of timely, accurate and well supported Plans/UPD/LRP's and LBE's for Total Russia and CIS (Consolidated);
- Act as the key affiliate ASPIRE contact and administrator of the new ASPIRE processes;
- Consolidate, analyze, prepare and report Abbvie Russia, RUCIS monthly financial results within internal and external deadlines. Reconcile and ensure financials are accurate within company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and commentary is clear, concise and meaningful;
- Review and track Admin SC's as part of the internal budget tracking process
- Provide ad-hoc support and high-quality analysis to the RUCIS Business Finance Manager as requested
- Proactively identify and communicate issues and opportunities (eg key +/- items) as they arise throughout the year to the RUCIS Business Finance Manager, collaboratively develop appropriate and necessary contingency plans
- Provide direct financial support to Admin and IT departments including managing monthly budget trackers, Shopping carts's
- Manage, consolidate and review budget for Admin department prior to month-end. Ensure to confirm current month actuals and project future spend. Prepare, review and approve necessary accruals with accounting
- Prepare and reconcile std margin based on SAP submission
- Prepare and facilitate review of the affiliate Actual Flash P&L prior to actuals submission
- Prepare Prelim LBE P&L model and proactively work to resolve any unexpected issues
- S&OP - Collaboratively work with Business Finance managers to prepare and facilitate the monthly RUCIS S&OP package
- Prepare, review and submit P&L D.2.0 to Area
- Reconcile actuals between SAP, HFM, SAP and P&L model. Proactively work to resolve any issues
- Prepare, review and submit to Area monthly LBE rollforward with commentary
- Prepare detailed departmental expense summaries (SG&A report) with commentary for Gen Admin departments
- Schedule meeting to review monthly actual financials results with Admin and IT departments
- Support BFM Manager in the preparation and consolidation of timely, accurate and well supported Plans/UPD/LRP. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to RUCIS Business Finance Manager as requested
- Maintain and expand knowledge in area of expertise – comply with continuous educational requirements, integrate new knowledge and skills into day-to-day activities, share the knowledge with colleagues, evaluate, advise on the impact of new related strategies, regulatory changes etc.
- Maintain appropriate stewardship and controls throughout the affiliate operations and performance
- Maintain active communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance Controller / Finance Director;
- Maintain effective communication with customers and co-workers;
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies in daily work.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- 2 years+ relevant experience ideally obtained from big multinational companies;
- Economic/Finance Higher Education;
- Basic Knowledge of Russian Accounting standards and regulations, GAAP;
- English – intermediate/fluent;
- PC advanced user (SAP, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc);
- Quick learner, reports on-time, demonstrates thorough, in-depth understanding of business;
- High analytical skills, problem solving skills;
- Willingness and ability to learn;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication skills;
- Service and Results oriented.
