Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm. We help clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. We work with organizations to design their structures, roles, and responsibilities. We help them hire the right people to bring their strategy to life. And we advise them on how to reward, develop, and motivate their people.
We opened a position for a responsible and talented candidate, who is inclined to process work and at the same time sociable and result oriented. You will be a main support for our corporate clients in all their questions about KF products.
Duties:
- Consulting clients (Russia and Kazakhstan ) on the technical use of company’s platforms and products, help-desk function
- Participation in company projects: systems administration, electronic surveys launching and testing, coordination of processes with clients and colleagues
- Taking part in data collection and analysis for Korn Ferry annual salary survey: preparing data collection tools, Verifying reward data received from clients and communication with them on corrections/questions. (from April to September there is usually massive global data collection and the busiest days)
- Helping Senior colleagues in analyzing and writing reports
- Translations (reports, reviews, conclusions on reports, instructions for new products ), preparing presentations, documents proof reading
- Preparation of instructions for company’s platforms and products
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- 1 year experience in analyzing data from various sources with a lot of numbers and with client work (with lots of clients!).
- English - Upper Intermediate and above (the position presumes communication with native speakers and foreigners on professional topics, written correspondence and professional materials compilation and translations)
- Kazakh language and experience in work with government organizations is plus
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office overall knowledge
- Common literacy, communication skills, attention to details, proactivity, resistance to stress to the lots of requests and ability to work in a changing environment, a high level of responsibility, resistance to routine work and “can do” attitude
