Position Summary:
HR specialist is responsible for end to end HR compliance and labour paperwork process for BCG employees including processing records through HR and payroll systems (both 1C and WorkDay), consultation of employees and leadership, leading communication with employees and dealing with HR cases.

Reporting to: HR Manager / Russia & CIS People Director
Duration: Permanent role
Key responsibilities:
Work permissions
- Employees personnel accounting according to the labor law of Russian Federation and internal company’s requirements;
- Service agreements and deed of rendering services acceptance preparation;
- Work in system 1C (employees hiring, transfers and terminations) and related documents preparation; documents signing with employees;
- Employee databases updating and personal data changing;
- Absence tracking (annual vacation; unpaid vacation; maternity leave; parental leave), documents signing with employees;
- Timely passports base updating of employees;
- Drawing up vacation schedule and its subsequent updating;
- Maintaining sick leave base, documents request from employees;
- Work with employees personal records (preparation, updating, transfer to the archives);
- Timesheet check and correction on a regular basis;
- Documents analysis and sorting, transfer documents to archives;
- Work with company’s intranet, updating departments’ pages, employees training re working on intranet;
- Rendering administrative support, accomplishment of other projects in accordance with HR Team Leader’s request;
- Cooperation with other company’s departments regarding questions within job descriptions;
- Additional responsibilities that are corresponded to job position.
Basic job qualifications:
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience within HR compliance area
- Deep Knowledge of Russian labor legislation and practice within Russia (other CIS countries is a plus)
- Understanding of HR practice within CIS, EU and US
- Knowledge of HR paperwork
Skills
- University degree, concentration/certificate in HR or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Ability to perform individually and pro-actively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
