ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- To identify and secure new business and new customers by promoting products and services
- Manage customer relationships and oversee major accounts
- Create and develop a pipeline within the CRM system which meets assigned quota targets.
- Assist sales team / distributors in the preparation of technical/commercial quotes to end customers
- Develop existing customers by increasing their awareness of company abilities to maintain existing business and grow additional business opportunities
- Cooperate with the Operations function to ensure seamless orders and contracts handover and a disciplined use of ERP systems
- Demonstrate a solution selling methodology to meet a customer’s expectations and define the value of the solution to the customer throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop, execute, and regularly review with management, the plans to close each opportunity
- Provide regular and accurate forecasts which meet monthly and quarterly targets, by having clear commitments and managing upside projects to offset risk.
- Provide timely and reliable yearly, monthly and weekly reports as necessary
- Assist and support both current and potential customers on technical and project related matters.
- Ensure quotation requests are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that the Company guidelines are strictly adhered to regarding ethical business operations
- Maintain cooperation with all other sales organizations w/in company promoting cross-selling
- Comply with the Company’s ITC policy
- Complies with ISO procedures
- Attend all cadence meetings, business planning and sales review meetings
- Maintain all company processes, including expenses, career reviews, and performance reviews, as required by the company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- School Background

- University Degree - Technical school preferably
- Language skills

- Fluent English
- Other languages are a plus
- Technical / Functional skills

- 5 years of Sales management experience preferably in an industry related to critical infrastructure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attitudes

- Customer and sales orientated
- Well organized and able to work under pressure and self- motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required
- Available to travel within the assigned territory
