RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To manage the daily financial affairs of the subsidiary
- If financial outsourcing: docking with the outsourcing firm, processing subsidiary, financial, human resource management, salary review, procurement, sales, make out an invoice, reconciliations, accounts receivable management, pay overdue payment, reimbursement, daily business, money management planning, tax planning, asset management, performance appraisal, annual audit and other business.
- If have own accounting treatment, in addition to the above, also includes: business accounting, accounting review, financial statements issued, etc.
2) To approve and control expenses
- Review and reimburse staff travel, marketing expenses, outsourcing service fees and other miscellaneous expenses.
- Control expenses and plan according to company budget standard and sales completion rate.
3) Management of internal control
- Establish and perfect financial operation mechanism, establish and perfect financial management system, ensure that daily work is legal, compliant and orderly, and provide financial risk early warning.
- According to the company policy and audit requirements, do a good job of business internal control management.
- Submit internal control materials as required by internal control department.
4) Tax planning
Understand overseas tax policy and make planning plan.
5) Budgeting
Lead the preparation of the annual budget, assist the business to revise and improve the medium - and long-term strategic planning
6) Assets management
- Plan the structure of overseas assets, guide the management of overseas working capital, and review the overseas long-term asset investment plan.
- Ensure the safety of overseas assets.
REQUAREMENTS:
Familiar with financial management related business knowledge and management system, cost management, internal control and audit related business knowledge, familiar with financial and tax policies and regulations and investment management related business knowledge, understand corporate governance/economic law, finance and insurance, credit management related knowledge.
Familiar with financial analysis, accounting and tax planning related professional skills.
Good command of English (especially financial English), both written and spoken.
Computer: Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP system.
