KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting Financial Department in all administrative matters;
- As an interface with bank, keep the relationship with bank
- Translation at the request of the manager
- Interpreting during meetings
- Preparing reports and PPT
- Arranging and coordinating management meetings and events;
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- Extroverted personality, willing to communicate with partners;
- Confident PC user, MS Office;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above), fluent Chinese;
- Strong teamwork ability, positive attitude, result oriented.
