The Role:
- Develop the Trade Marketing plan in synergy with the Marketing Plan (strategic planning for each Category) and define the entire trade marketing mix actions with a specific focus on channel, client and point of sales
- Consistently with strategic marketing objectives, actively cooperates with Brand Managers in order to define the entire trade marketing mix for the ON-Trade channel
- Responsible to allocate, manage and monitor advertising and promotion budget instrumental for the definition and development of the annual CCM plan;
- Responsible to analyze and actively contribute to POS profiling
- Provide input, trends and analysis during internal meeting as Strategic Plan, Brand Review;
- Analyze and consult on trade market data (Data Warehouse, IRI), use tools and software (BW) in order to perform analysis on consumers trends, pos visibility, sell-out, selling and distribution performance;
- Manage tools and software (e.g. SAP, CRM, …) to support data analysis for category, and space allocation;
- Identify and share business development opportunities with Area Managers and Field Managers to be implemented by type of customers and pos;
- Responsible to prepare and periodically present brand performance analysis and Trade Marketing mix plan’s results (Channel Review);
- Periodically shadowing with salesforce both by wholesalers’ customers and horeca’s ones, shadowing also with Groups and Unions in order to plan centralized sell-out trade marketing initiatives;
- Brief and coordinate external BTL agencies and suppliers for the ideation and the complete execution of Trade Marketing mix planning;
- Identify, develop and manage all operational workflow instrumental to the realization of materials (pos visibility, gadget, bar item) related to the implementation of the CCM plan (Events tour, educational, Kit, …);
- Responsible, together with salesforce and Field Manager, to define and develop specific projects aimed at identifying an appropriate horeca pos network, where developing brand building, consumer activation, perfect serve;
- Properly manage and assign resources and activities to salesforce and Field Managers as well as monitor the operational workflow linked to the realization of initiatives on customers and pos;
- Manage tools and software (e.g. SAP, CRM etc.) to support data analysis for Trade Marketing plan implementation and monitoring;
- Development of a strong network through building relationships and agile communication.
The Candidate:
- Higher education, ideally in Marketing or in Economics
- 3+ years of experience in a Trade Marketing role in a foreign FMCG
- Experience with On-Trade channel
- Very good communication skills with a capacity to engage people
- Multitask and independent attitude
- Consumer oriented and dynamic profile
- English
