Expansion in the Russia and CIS region over the past 18 months means we are now looking for a Regional Sales Administrator to provide support to the Regional Manager in order to help expand existing partnerships and develop new sales channels in the region.

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Administrator (RSA) will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Manager of Russia and CIS and our operations departments based in UK, San Diego and Canada. The Regional Sales Administrator is responsible to ensure that agent partners are receiving an excellent service encouraging them to continue to work with and increase their bookings with Oxford International across all of our English language programmes. The RSA will
be required to work closely with our network of agents across the region to ensure they have up-to-date information about all of our programmes and that enquiries and requests are answered rapidly and accurately. The RSA will also interact with our operations teams to ensure that accurate and clear information is provided about all future bookings.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting Russia and CIS Regional Manager in daily sales and marketing activities including working with incoming enquiries, responding to emails and calls
- Promoting OIEG language products on an on-going basis by working with established agent network
- Developing / adapting / translating market specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in Russia and CIS (liaising with the Marketing department), updating information on social media accounts
- Liaising effectively across the OIEG internal network with admission teams and with key recruitment agents in the region
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Assist in organizing and participating in student fairs, agent training, agent workshops, and sales conferences
- Any other activities as required by Russia and CIS Regional Manager
- The role will require some travel within the region and trips to visit UK and N American centres.

Knowledge, qualifications
and experience
- Educated to a minimum of degree level
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of UK and North America
Desirable:
- Previous visits to the UK and / or North America
- Past experience in a sales and student recruitment capacity
- Good understanding of sales processes and cycles in the international education industry
