Role overview:
Schneider Electric Training Center is a part of the Field Services division aimed at providing hybrid technical trainings to partners, end users and internally. We offer more than 200 trainings, which cover the full portfolio of Schneider Electric products, for more than 20 years.
Field Services division provides installed base, as well as digital and consultancy services at all stages of the equipment lifecycle. With our technical expertise, we help our customers install and commission equipment, select and adjust the maintenance strategy, ensure safety on site, provide spares timely, modernize and monitor to ensure equipment lifetime extension and efficient OPEX management.
Head of the Training Center is expected to manage the productive infrastructure and develop a competitive product with an eye on EdTech innovations to demonstrate unprecedented revenue growth with positive P&L.
The role directly reports to the Operational Marketing Manager, CIS.
Main responsibilities:
- Training Center strategy development and execution, P&L and budget planning and reporting
- Manage the team of ~10 employees (coordinators, trainers)
- Trainings scheduling and organization, lead and develop new trainings in collaboration with all Business Units, as well as new products/platforms
- Internal processes optimization, internal policies development
- Promotion of Training Center services
- Demand Generation/Sales/Sales support
- Complex projects management
Main requirements:
- Higher education
- Proven experience working in B2B educational projects
- Business development and commercial mindset, project management experience
- Successful team management and/or leadership experience
- Understanding of P&L and strategic management
- English language - Upper-Intermediate+
