Дополнительные сведения о вакансии: Менеджер в Отдел Устойчивого развития (ESG)
PwC’s ESG platform is working on sustainability issues that are at the top of the agenda for both the public and private sectors, as well as society as a whole. We support our clients with key strategic sustainability initiatives, ESG policy advisory services, and by integrating ESG into operations. The aim of our work is to make a meaningful impact on the environment and society, by designing and implementing solutions to global issues such as climate change and social inclusion, and by helping companies to manage their transitions to ensure a more sustainable world. Candidates with experience and expertise in different aspects of ESG – including but not limited to climate change – will be considered. We are looking for ambitious candidates who are able to take ownership and who are seeking long-term development opportunities in a challenging environment.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Supporting clients in setting and operationalizing their ESG strategies, defining KPIs and frameworks for measuring and monitoring their impacts, as well as carrying out assurance on ESG reports;
- Conducting ESG policy analyses and developing roadmaps and action plans for public sector clients;
- Conducting ESG readiness assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects;
- Evaluating options for including ESG mitigation and adaptation considerations in investment projects;
- Contributing – as an expert in ESG – to broader opportunities and assignments in other areas, including the identification and analysis of key ESG risks and opportunities, and demonstrating how they can be mainstreamed;
- Supporting business developments to further expand our ESG-related services;
- Communicating with the decision makers of our clients (including governments, international agencies, industrial groups, banks, private equity companies, shareholders, and investors).
We offer:
- The opportunity to work in a successful and dynamically growing team of high-profile consultants, providing services to reputable international and domestic clients;
- Access to international training programmes, workshops, and knowledge resources;
- The opportunity to cooperate within the global PwC network and to participate in projects at PwC offices abroad;
- A competitive salary with additional benefits;
- Comfortable working conditions;
- A great atmosphere.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of five to seven years’ professional experience in an ESG/sustainability-related role (possibly with a focus on climate change);
- An excellent understanding of global ESG agendas and policies, including but not limited to climate change mitigation and adaptation;
- A good understanding of both the strategic and operational issues relating to ESG;
- Experience in GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions modelling will be an asset;
- Experience in sustainable/green finance will be an asset (e.g. structuring green bonds);
- Experience in the financial sector, in embedding ESG considerations within risk assessments and in investment processes, will be an asset;
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Business acumen;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A drive for professional and personal development;
- MS Office literacy (Excel and PowerPoint), GIS, data analytics (e.g. Power BI and Alteryx), and other relevant expertise will be an asset;
- Proficiency in English is a must.
