WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Manage demand for information solutions inside commercial business units
Facilitate and leads business requirement collection and analysis and system implementation projects.

Translate business requirements into concrete technical specifications and solution design.
Contribute to strategical and tactical planning of Digital department to support the business strategy;

Elaborate a localized agenda (JBP) in alignment with Digital strategy and Country strategy.

Proactively propose innovative digital solutions to support [Country/Region] business needs.

Take ownership of information solution delivery to the business by utilizing internal and external resources.

Provide guidance and consulting to the commercial business units on technology solutions and business process optimization.
- Coordinate and lead digital projects.
- Ensures compliance of information solutions to local and global regulations and company strategy and standards.
- Serves as a single point of contact for all Digital solutions in the commercial business units.
- Interacts with global teams to ensure timely information solution delivery / support.
- Interfaces with senior level project stakeholders to ensure management buy-in and support.
- Engage with [Country/Region] Council members acting as local representative of the Digital function.
- Ensures relevancy of the digital project portfolio with regards to the [Country/Region] priorities.

- Active contributor to Product delivery teams providing market-specific business acumen and largely responsible to support Product Managers (and Product Owners) to plan product releases.
- Ensure continuity of digital solutions and IT services, through appropriate resource allocation in collaboration with other Digital teams.
- Contribute to the convergence of local applications to the strategic product portfolio.
- Promote best practices and setup the right conditions to implement methods, processes, and IT standards in the affiliate.
- Act as community leader for Digital team members, fostering development and upskilling.
- Build and manage cross functional team an effective Product manager / Product Owner team, including quality/legal/RA
- Define KPI and value proposition and act according to impacts (continue, adjust, or stop).
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Higher technical education (Computer Science / Engineering), business education is an advantage, specialized education in Project Management (Agile, Waterfall practices).
- 5-8 years of proven solid working experience in a multinational Pharma or FMCG company in business analysis, system implementation, IT project management, Business Partnership.
- CRM / Sales force automation implementation proven experience.
- Participation in large scale complex projects in the role of project manager (multiple system integrations, business intelligence).
- Experience in working with senior management project stakeholders.
- Experience of direct / indirect people management is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Best knowledge of Qlik Sense / Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence, CRM systems (VEEVA, MI), ERP solutions (SAP, 1C), other industry-specific applications.
- Solid knowledge of information system design principles/ Deep understanding of FMCG / Pharma sales and marketing processes.
- Deep understanding of FMCG / Pharma sales and marketing processes.
- Solid knowledge of Project Management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
- Budgeting / Financial process knowledge.
- Fluent English is necessary.
