HP Inc. Russia is looking for a Retail Account Manager to support and manage our existing vendor base in Russia. Come and experience a company that reinvents itself every day.
You will have full responsibility for achieving business objectives and be the voice of the vendor; identifying potential issues and working closely across multiple stakeholders in order to solve problems and improve processes. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your goals.
As the Retail Account Manager you’re at the heart of our team, ensuring we deliver products to our customers, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and key interfaces in Russia whilst always achieving our commercial priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage selected retail partners and their workforce on day-to-day basis.
- Build sales forecasts, manage revenue and margin, organize promotions with key product lines.
- Execute business plans to achieve/ overachieve quantitative and qualitative targets consistently.
- Provide project team management to ensure cross-functional performance.
- Build/ retain key and executive level relationships with customers to secure strategic business goals alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- 6+ years of Retail Account Management experience in selling IT hardware/ Consumer electronics (either with a vendor or retail player)
- Practical knowledge of regional retail chains and key players of e-tail marketplace in Russia
- Thorough understanding of the IT industry (segmentation & structure) and competing vendors (business model & key initiatives).
- Good product knowledge (both computing and printing) is essential
- Advanced analytical and forecasting skills (up to 100 SKUs, market development trends, trade marketing activities efficiency, etc.)
- Creative but rational thinking, ability to detect potential business value in raw ideas
- Strong project management skills (incl. work with vendors), ability to manage multiple projects is a must
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
