Essential skills:
- Min 1 year of experience in similar position (working in sales of digital (IT) enterprise solutions, fast growing company).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Extravertive, open, easy communicates.
- Excellent fluent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Russian and English.
- Organized and structured.
- Has experience working with CRM systems.
- Adaptivity and adequacy under the pressure and in stressful situations.
- Understand agriculture space, sensitivities. Understanding Agro business (farmers, distributors, terminology) is big plus!
- An adopter of new technology, familiar with modern IT solutions and technologies.
- Fast and easy learner on new things.
- Open minded, transparent, courageous, team worker.
- Demonstrable success in prior roles.

Main responsibilities:
- Work with different databases of Agro Input companies.
- Create a database of target companies and contacts.
- Outbound emailing; Cold calling.
- Work with leads from the website (answer Chat).
- Events invitation and follow up.
- Work via Linkedin.

# of meetings for Sales set up
# of registered participants on events
# of new leads in pipeline
# of calls made, # of emails sent
