We are looking for CRM Specialist (Marketing Cloud).

Marketing cloud is an online marketing automation platform that allows us to build personalized communication scenarios with each healthcare professional. The platform is the basis for omnichannel Digital promotion through all the variety of available communication channels (emails, SMS, webinars and many more).
Key responsibilities:
- Customer journey preparation and launch in Marketing Cloud system: partnering with Marketing team to design the most effective customer journey, offering solutions to maximize customer engagement, landing pages creation, emails and SMS preparation, A/B testing set up; manually creating customer journeys based on agreed logic
- Monitor multichannel analytics and develop reports for Business, generate insights for performance improvement. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, CRM and BI teams to increase efficiency per each channel
- Marketing cloud technical support
- Content creation
- GA 360 analytics set up per each landing, reports preparation and visualization, insights generation for content improvement
- Supporting implementation of new solutions within Marketing cloud
Required skills and experience:
- University degree or fresh graduate
- Proven experience of participation in projects of CRM/Marketing Automation/Channels management platforms launch or support
- Proven work experience with any Marketing Automation system would be a plus
- Upper Intermediate and higher English level
- Good communication skills, cross-functional team player and attention to detail
- Strong with numbers, deadline driven, strong sense of urgency and commitment
- Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of the comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Basic SQL and HTML skills would be a plus.
