Customer collaboration specialist
Job Purpose:
Collaboration with sales and supply chain departments to improve the level of service (OTIF, OSA) and the accuracy of forecasts for key customers; impact on changes in the entire GSK and customer supply chain; aligning client and GSK strategies in supply chain.
Responsibilities
- gain knowledge of the customer's processes and supply chain with a focus on ordering and forecasting;
- regular communication with clients regarding shortage and GSK replenishment notifications, coordination of actions to solve problems and optimize stocks;
- suggest order adjustments based on analysis to achieve in-store availability metrics;
- coordination of promotions volumes, stage-by-stage purchases and order dates;
- reconciliation of the forecast of GSK and the client;
- agree on a joint supply chain plan for a commercial JBP;
- analysis of daily / weekly stocks in stores and at customer distribution centers, order volumes;
- providing clients with KPIs;
- OSA data, increased availability on shelves, online;
- identifying ineffective SKUs
- analysis of promo sales (assessment of the base in comparison with the promo);
- support of new products launch, sales tracking, coordinating FF support, analytics;
- seasonal order management;
- coordination and support of client initiatives;
- development and implementation of plans to improve CSL.
Requirements:
- higher education in maths, economy, etc.;
- pharmaceutical industry experience (at least 3 years) operating in sales and/or supply chain – desirable;
- demonstrated project management and organizational skills. Proactive, with ability to anticipate and plan, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions and respond to tight timelines;
- ability to manage and influence discussions with others;
- strong communication, influencing and negotiations skills. Ability to facilitate alignment and collaboration across groups/regions;
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English – at least upper-intermediate;
- strong computer literacy.
