We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Corporate Strategy team, which is part of the Sales Department, and work on value-generating projects related to improving P&G profit and promotion budget efficiency. We offer meaningful work in a dynamic, multi-cultural, and flexible environment impacting future business results.
The Sales career in P&G will take you across a breadth of experiences, on multiple P&G businesses, likely with multiple departments. It is a unique opportunity to influence Company financials while enabling better decision-making through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities

Leading multifunctional teams working on profit-generating projects (including IT, Finance, Analytics, etc)

Leading workshops with Sales Customer teams and generating insights on effective promotion budget allocation

Development and adoption of advanced promotion analytics tools
-
Building, improvement, and integration of analytical/reporting systems and further training of Sales teams
-
Providing vision on the trade budget management system improvement/simplification with its further implementation

Qualifications

Higher education (a Bachelor’s degree is a requirement)

Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

5+ years of experience in Food/FMCG international companies: Trade Marketing; Commercial Operations; Sales experience with key national retailers is an advantage

Budget management and promotion analytics experience
-
Advanced analytical skills
-
Advanced PC user (MS Office)
Beneficial skills

Experience in building RGM (revenue growth management) capabilities

Experience in working with big data and big data analytics

Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, Python
