Responsibilities:
Support the brand together with Senior Brand Manager:
- Development and implementation of plan to build relationship with key customers (HCP and pharmacists)
- Development of communication materials with pharmacists and HCP
- POS materials development together with Trade Marketing dpt
- Preparation and execution of line extension launch, tracking against KPIs.
- Digital campaigns implementation
- Development and execution of e-com strategy together with E-com Manager
- Manage the process of package development / changing
- Cross-communication and collaboration with different departments, incl. trade-marketing, sales force, KAM, etc.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 2+ Marketing experience as Junior Product Mng/Product Manager within leading pharmaceutical companies
- Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
- Experience of communication with HCPs (doctors and pharmacists)
- Launch excellence track of success
- Open minded, analytical thinking
- Good time management and capability to handle various projects at the same time
- English – intermediate level (written and oral)
