Mars Pet Care Russia is looking for the Supply Chain Project Manager.
This position responsible for building an effective Supply Chain and applying expertise in the field of logistics business processes and digital technologies. Providing continuous analysis of Supply Chain Network effectiveness. Leading feasibility and execution of certain activities to balance the optimal balance high level of customer service and economic profit.
You will do:

Cost Saving projects tracking and control

Investment analysis of Logistics activities / business case calculation

Stock Projection and BCM modelling
-
Digital, Efficiency, Capital projects leading

Competitive intelligence
-
Create and manage cross functional/ cross segment teams for delivering critical transformational, cost saving and digital activities
-
Identify opportunities and develop recommendations for transformation and development that affect all segments of the Company and business processes in them. Submit them with Plant Directors and Functional Directors.

Apply new solutions for E2E processes analysis and develop transformational plans ( Digital twins, Data driven decision making)

Provide External Networking to provide competitive intelligence

Develop Communication with global communities for best practice sharing.
