Job description:
Sales Engineer – System Integrators & OEMs (Distributors)
Region: Russia & CIS
What you will do
In this position, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls Products and Solutions working with a wide range of professionals in our company and markets. The target group of customers are System Integrators, OEM accounts.
How you will do it
* Search for new partners/projects/opportunities and sell existing and new products
* Provide support for existing customers (technical and commercial)
* Constantly improve your competency (tech. and sales)
* Prepare technical and pricing solutions
* Promote Johnson controls products and solutions on the market
* Plan and develop your own business activities, use Salesforce
* What we look for
* Required
* Higher technical education (diploma in electronics, automation or similar)
* From 3 to 5 years of continuous work experience in sales roles (preferably in Building Automation, Industrial Automation etc.)
* Experience in sales - developing system integrators and OEMs (Distributors) accounts, selling complex projects
* Product knowledge of Automation and Controls (controllers, valves, actuators, sensors etc.)
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Customer-focused and results-driven
* English – intermediate level (able to communicate via e-mails, read technical manuals, participate in trainings)

* Product knowledge of Automation and Controls (controllers, valves, actuators, sensors etc.)

* English – intermediate level (able to communicate via e-mails, read technical manuals, participate in trainings)
Preferred
* From 3 to 5 years of continuous work experience in technical roles (e.g. project design engineer, startup & commissioning engineer) preferably in Building/Industrial Automation etc.
* Experience in selling hi-end, expensive products/solutions
* The network of business contacts in System integrators and OEMs
* Ability to provide Sales/Products trainings to the customers
* Interest in technology and overview of trends in BMS
