Innovation team in Multon (juice business of Coca-Cola HBC in Russia) is looking for Brand Manager who will be responsible for driving growth of BotanIQ (new brand in The Coca-Cola System portfolio) and Innocent.

Main responsibilities:
Development and execution of annual brand strategy to deliver strong business results (transactions, revenue, profit) and brand KPIs:
- Regular analysis of business performance, competitive activities, custdev, best global and local practices to generate learnings and adjust actions
- Brand P&L management
- OBPPC (occasion, pack, price, channel) strategy and execution excellence together with sales team
- Picture of success development and execution control in sales channels (retail, ecommerce and other channels)
- Planning and execution of trade-marketing initiatives in close collaboration with key customers (retail, e-commerce and other channels), test & learn approach
- Development and execution of winning integrated marketing campaigns together with IMC manager incl. digital, influencer marketing, partnerships, events
- Media planning and execution in close collaboration with IMC manager and media agency, test & learn approach implementation
- Annual business plan preparation
- Regular results reporting to top management
- Support in new products development process
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in multinational FMCGs in Brand Marketing
- Ability to operate in cross-functional environment - strong communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to operate in environment with high level of uncertainty
- Proactive approach and ability to take initiative, leveraging and learning from successes and challenges
- Fluent English
