We are looking for an experienced CRM project manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting customer relationships. The CRM project manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer database and build positive relationships with new clients. This role should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a CRM project manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of Zepter organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and digital marketing managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.
CRM Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently through CallCenter or omni communication operations.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically and handson operations.
- Expanding the customer database by upselling and cross-selling activities directed by digital marketing division.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Management, leadership and coordination of all topics related to CRM tools and services and close communication with all internal departments and its roles
- Creating documentation and instructions for CRM tool users, aligned with the SOP’s
- Process optimization and activities within the CRM platform in relation to business requirements
- Monitoring the organizational structure and communication with CRM platform users, with a focus on meeting business needs.
- Internal platform ticketing and support of operation of internal stakeholders
- Monitoring of new functionalities of the platform, proposals for modification and improvement of the CRM platform
- QA on data input and data exchange in CRM through sales and communication channels (ecommerce or social media platforms etc.
- Creating and controlling process of CRM marketing automation service and process improvement
- Reporting to Sales Director or Country Manager
CRM Project Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Must have is at least one enterprise scale CRM tool.
- Knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM environment is a plus
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction and service.
