Job Summary:
Performing business analyses, developing and implementation of new products and functionality to the Bank systems, providing user documentation and training and post-implementation support. Participation in systems implementation processes.
In his/her capacity particularly:
- Perform relationships / communication with other Departments in Bank / Head-Office
- Developing and updates regulatory and internal reports under business requirements
- Situation Management : problem solving & immediate reporting to Management
- Perform relationships / good communication with counterparts / clients
- Performance of Operational-Risk control plan within Team’s Perimeter
- To perform duties as assigned by Management of the Bank
Principal Activities / Responsibilities
- Schedule & co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify potential areas for processes improvement opportunities. Provide ongoing modification of workflows to reflect business evolution
- Develop and maintain application and integration architecture diagrams and documentation. Write quality functional specifications and test plans
- Conduct research and analysis to accurately and clearly define user requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of highly complex, multifaceted problems that meet business needs
- Analyze current system interfaces and recommend improvement to better information transfer
- Translate application requirements into technical solutions. This includes the assessment of mergers and acquisitions on the existing application architecture
- Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
- Incidents detecting and report to Head of Department.
Change Management
- Implementation of new services / products in line & on time with Bank’s Management requirements
- Implementation of Regulatory changes into systems
- Participation in System upgrades
- Setup of Procedure / workflow changes
Competencies
- Good understanding of general Banking & Banking Products
- Good knowledge of the systems used
- Good & Clear Communication skills
- Setting of Priorities / time management
SKILLS:
- SQL
- Diasoft systems – optional, but better to have it
- English - Good (Intermediate as a minimum level)
