The Marketing Excellence Manager – role reports to Business Planning and Operations (BPO) lead as part of the M&O field organization. The BPO team leads the holistic business rhythms running discipline across the subsidiary and provide planning, strategy and execution and is the center of operational excellence across Marketing and Operations department.
The Marketing Excellence Manager role provides key marketing operations leadership while delivering insights and local knowledge based on analytics and business intelligence to inform business and marketing decisions within the subsidiary (e.g. execution planning, marketing efficiency measurement, scorecard target attainment and data strategy).
Key activities/responsibilities:
Maintain analytical support for key Rhythms of Business (ROB) running within the subsidiary including key operational mechanisms
- Drive robust process of subsidiary metrics’ performance forecasting for current and upcoming periods (month, quarter&semester)
- Develop and maintain relevant reporting for top leadership team covering key business metrics and business health indicators
- Support RoB priorities with planned and ad-hoc operational insights
Coordinate with Central Marketing Organization (CMO) to steer the subsidiary’s Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) by driving local strategy for
- Marketing workflow/operational excellence
- Execution planning
- Measurement
- Optimization strategy
Advance organization’s marketing operations excellence by
- Advocate landing ‘performance driven marketing’ culture in M&O (with BPO&CMO team),
support with reporting, insights and proposals for business processes optimization
- Follow up with sub stakeholders ensuring smooth lead generation/ identify gaps and propose

- Interact with IT support/owners of the corp resources (investigate causes of data
mismatching between different sources, clarify causes of missed/incorrect data and
methodology used)
- Evangelize usage of marketing systems and tools, standard corporate reports and BI
- Perform training for marketing team covering planning, execution and reporting tools usage
Serve as Area’s/Subsidiary’s subject matter expert on marketing analytics, advocating for data-driven decision making, and demonstrating an “Analytics Throughout” marketing mentality through the usage of analytical models to drive effectiveness at every stage of marketing (planning, execution, post-mortem)
Provide thought leadership to drive the organization’s marketing data and customer insight strategy (incl. CRM) with respect to data acquisition, data management and data quality.
Qualifications:
- Excel – advanced level (Power Pivot/Power View/ Power BI/ Macros, etc.)
- English – intermediate level or higher
- Analytical mindset
- Strong team player
- Willingness to learn

- Sharepoint (Lists creation/ Workflows)
- Process management and optimization experience
