And today we are looking for a professional E-commerce Account Manager for the Health Division in our Moscow brunch.
E-commerce Account Manager will manage business relationships with key e-retailers such as Yandex, Alibaba.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for several eCommerce players in channel.
- Build long terms relationship with key e-retailers by strategic partnership, creation & implementation of dedicated TOP e-retailers sales strategy, individual promo plan.
- Define and execute yearly/quarterly/monthly plans which align with long term strategy.
- Review, monitor, analyze and report e-commerce key accounts sales performance and ensure the result is in line with planned strategic focuses.
- Negotiations with KA for agreement contracts and improved contract terms.
- Identify challenges and new opportunities, leverage resources and propose business solutions.
- Monitor the budget for fixed costs and the budget for the promotions to plan activities (within the budget) and volume of sales.
- Collaborate with e-commerce/marketing/TM/ regional sales teams to drive business growth.
Qualification:
- 1+ years sales or KA management experience in e-com.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data.
- Flexible, problem-solver, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset.
- Upper intermediate English.
