Reports to: Chief Business Development Officer/ Russian Group
Function: Sales Support/ Russia Group (Russia, + CIS countries)
Role Purpose
We are looking for the Solution Design & Bid Support Specialist, who will own the solution design and then support the bid response development process - through all the stages from pre- sales, qualification through to the submission. Through continued activity and responsibility, they will raise the standard and quality of the sales support documentation, solution design bids & qualification processes – increasing the bid win ratio.
The role implies close communication with local (80%) and regional (20%) Business Development team, Executive Management leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Business Unit leaders as well as regional Solution Design team to lead bids processing and prepare compelling responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), case studies ensuring best practice documentation & sharing, coupled with rigorous quality control.
The SD & Bid Support Specialist will be executing a local Solution design strategy that drives measurable results and contributes to the overall success of the New Business development team. With a focus on constant improvement and best practice & sharing including vertical/LOB approach and local country development.
Role Duties
Primary:
Bid management and solution design to support end-to-end bid management process including:
- RFx/Sales request qualification and follow up with BD
- Read and interpret documents (RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs) to identify critical content items required for a compliant BID Response – analyze the RFx and client needs with sales team – prepare questions, review if additional information is required, identify any potential issues & risks
- close work with Business Development team and Key Subject Matter Experts to define best solution fit – the architecture of the solution.
- Coordinate proposal strategy meetings, data preparation from the requested parties.
- Help drive/coordinate the bid strategy and design of the solution - in cooperation with involved parties and stakeholders such as BD, pricing and proposed site locations.
- Project manage the scope/mapping/resource requirement of any New Business opportunities, to complete RFI/RFP/RFx responses.
- Define the various inputs required and prepare templates for the different sites/project team members.
- Analyze the data received, compile & prepare the data from contributors in a consistent way, structure, conceptualizing graphics & write the final proposal
- Present the data in a format ready to use by the sales team
- Ensuring all proposals are corporate compliant, accurate and complete.
- Critical review with the view of constant improvement of the bid process – leading to the further development of highly tailored content relating to Teleperformance’s experience and expertise across vertical sectors.
- Formulating & processing offers
- Maintain processes & procedures for managing proposal
- Day to day running of multiple concurrent project lifecycle, within set timescales planning, monitoring, control report & communicating
Secondary:
- Preparation of sales collateral material (case studies/market sector applications/sales pitch materials, LOB, country, vertical, clients)
- Creation of ad hoc custom models specific to prospects/markets/sectors and or verticals
- To oversee all aspects of the company using networking, communication: any means to remain updated regarding sales need and internal company expertise information
- Work with internal organization & interface with operations/local/EMEA support/IT/HR teams to determine solutions & bid strategies
- Reporting & Tracking: Providing tracking and reporting on individual projects
- Maintaining the offer and documentation library in collaboration with the marketing team
- Share best practices with the local SD & BD teams
- Facilitating continuous improvement
- Supporting the deployment of the local solution design and support strategy, and process to improve consistency and assure solution design and bid optimization within the local country through appropriate coaching and training of the local teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support/solution design >3 years.
• Fluent in English, exceptional written and verbal communication in both Russian and English.
