P2P is an international fintech company. We specialise in non-custodial staking for institutional stakers. Our team works remotely from Russia, Europe, Asia.

Now due to active growth we are looking for an employee who will take on a very important role: full travel and visa support to our team (100+) employees and participation in administrative tasks.
We are looking for an enthusiast, perfectionist and someone for whom helping our team will be a dream job.
Responsibilities:
- Providing travel and visa support to employees at the highest level of quality;
- Booking and purchasing of air tickets, selection of the most profitable and convenient flights;
- Hotel reservations and accommodation control;
- Transfer organization;
- Full cycle of support to employees on all issues related to hotels, visas or air tickets;
- Managing and resolving issues and situations related to visas, flights, or employee accommodations;
- Participation in all projects that ensure the failure-free administrative functioning of the office: booking of co-working spaces, assistance to the financial department in the tasks of providing employees with equipment, and more.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with tasks on travel, visa support - from 3 years;
- Brilliant skills in searching, booking, analyzing the convenience of flights and accommodations independently;
- Multitasking skills;
- Ability to solve complex cases under tight deadlines;
- Excellent PC skills, ability to perform operations quickly in all mobile and dekstop applications;
- Willingness to help people and provide the highest level of support;
- Ability to be in touch when there are urgent issues.
- Upper Intermediate English
