What you will do
- Identify customer insights and ensure all activities address key unmet needs
- Develop 1 year marketing plans and set financial targets
- Develop cycle plans and customer journeys
- Perform sales and investments forecasting and budgeting: plan, update and track on monthly basis
- Translate strategy into key implementation milestones, communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional member teams
- Manage interaction with cross functional team (SF/T&R/MA): “sell”-strategy and marketing plan
- Orchestrate/manage the process to ensure execution of marketing plan within cross-functional team: continuous interaction and regular checkpoints to review/discuss progress, proactively develop own network and identify new sources to gather information
- Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized
- Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation
- Measure customer engagement /effectiveness
- Manage promo expenses and resources mix
- Monitor KPI’s (sales, MS, profitability, price, SFE, digital engagement, supply)
- Monitor competitive activities and strategies (analyze key market data)
- Use market research and monitoring data to propose strategic planning/tactics adjustments
- Identify key customers at each step of patient flow (patients, HCPs, EEs, partners)
- Identify opportunities to align brand and customer goals
- Develop and implement engagement plans for key clients
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies for the product/products under responsibility
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to grow product sales and perception, including marketing materials production for each sales cycle and marketing plans
- Development and implementation of creative ideas and innovative approaches to brand promotion;
- Monitor product and market performance, identifying critical performance areas and creating campaigns to address them
- Forecast market and product performance, evaluate risks and opportunities
- Reviewing and analyzing results of marketing campaigns
- Coordinating work and leading agencies (Digital, Media, Creative)
- Research plans for brands under responsibility development and execution
- Develop training programs for sales force knowledge and skills related to the product
- Monitor monthly sales, inventories and ensure sufficient forecast to cover changing market demands and gaps
