Objectives:
- Provide technical consultancy and support to Sales on Cloud Services
- Take a leading engineering role in Post-Sales project operation support
- Interactions with customer representatives, post and after sales project phases
- Interface between the sales, delivery and support / operation teams during the projects.
- Prepare price, cost calculation and financial justification for customized solutions
- Execute quick cloud solutions technical feasibility studies on different customer requests and, if feasible, propose implementation methods
- Perform part of the implementation
- Perform in-life changes on the Cloud services for the European and Russian customers
- Part of the operations team to support Cloud customers
Principal Accountabilities:
- Execute limited POCs
- Lead the post and pre-sales technical communication with the customer
- Build a technical and security architecture in SmartCLOUD for the selected workloads
- Select a migration approach to lift and shift the workloads to SmartCLOUD or architecting a greenfield development and/or production platform for new applications
- Provide support in SmartCLOUD delivery and operational support
- Ensure plan execution and SmartCLOUD consumption targets are met
- Accountable for cloud/security project planning and implementation
- Provide after-sales technical support
- Formulated various reports related to cloud computing platform and system performance related to specific customer solutions , analyze and identify possible problems through the reports
Experiences:
- Understanding of latest cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Ability to connect technology with measurable business value
- Hands on approach on designing and operating customer solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years pre/post-sales support experience in ICT industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to capture customers’ requirements and provide creative solutions to cater customer needs, including an implementation plan.
- Good command of spoken and written Russian and English,
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Virtualization
- Storage
- Windows
- Linux
- IP Networking
- IT Security
- Backup , replication and restoration
