Backed by YCombinator and other VC investors with $5M funding.
Currently, we are looking for a Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sales team. This includes managing the team’s performance, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and being a key point of contact for sales related inquiries from inside and outside the company. The Sales Team Leader is also responsible for driving revenue goals by executing on a customer acquisition strategy that will enable them to exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities:

Own the sales process from qualification to close to ensure that all leads are properly qualified before being passed off to an Account Executive

Develop a sales strategy that will enable them to exceed revenue goals

Conduct regular meetings with their team to review progress and provide feedback on performance

Ensure that their team meets or exceeds revenue goals by executing on a customer acquisition strategy

Coach and mentor staff members in order to improve performance and morale, while maintaining a positive work environment - Act as a key point of contact for both internal
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of XP on management roles
-
Demonstrated success in previous positions
-
2+ years of successful experience in closing deals
-
fluent English
-
experience in selling digital, educational or other kind of services
-
B2C sales experience
-
tolerance towards cultures and personalities
Working hours are 8 am-5 pm CST
