The Position
HNWI sales coach role is within VTB Capital Investment business, reporting to the head of Sales.
Job holder will also have a strong collaboration with Brokerage, Advisory, Portfolio Management and Client management and support teams.
Job Holder ensures the competent leadership skills by successfully developed group sales channel through Private Banking of VTB Bank and manages to be the main person for coverage of all investment products for the Bank.
Job holder will actively search for HNWI clients through the group agent channels, execute sales of investment products for HNWIs, gather feedback for building a better product offering. Job Holder actively participates in the process of launching sales platform to distribute investment products through the VTB Bank and works effectively with people in order to develop the quality of sales of investment products.
Job Holder becomes reliable and preferred source of information, investment expertise and communication for our key employees of VTB Private Banking Sales Team in the different roles and levels, coaching and consulting on all investment products such as: brokerage, asset management, advisory, forex.
Job Holder conducts personal trainings and coaches clients managers of Private Banking of VTB Bank on all investments products and is responsible for the level of knowledge of the group of the managers he works with.
Job holder will advise high net worth individuals around possible strategies, markets, instruments, retain client base by building strong relationships.
Team will provide strong support for new employee.
Principal Responsibilities
- Acquisition of HNWI clients, sale of advisory services and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income and currency
- Effectively collaborate with senior members of the Private Wealth department to fully utilise key relationships and build new client base through a Multi-Asset Strategy based approach to investment management
- Hold daily calls, meeting with VTB Private Banking sales team, consult on existing and new product offering.
- Conduct training and coach VTB Private Banking sales team on all investment products such as asset management, brokerage, advisory, forex.
- Manage for the knowledge of the VTB Private Banking sales team
- Monitor HNWI onboarding progress on a daily basis
- Increase the number and AUM of HNWI accounts;
- Build strong contact with existing and new HNWI clients by advising on markets and portfolios;
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Experience in advisory and portfolio management for HNWIs
- Deep understanding of macro strategies, equity, MM and FI markets
- Profound knowledge of financial market instruments available for HNWIs
- Proficiency in English
- Job holder would need to have minimum 3 years’ experience in Broker, Asset management or reputable Bank in similar position
- FSFR / Central Bank 1.0 or 5.0 is preferable
- CFA or similar will be a strong advantage
