We‘re looking for a brand-new Commercial Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Could it be you?
The Commercial Marketing Coordinator working for MSD (marketing service desk) is a vendor role and primarily responsible for campaign and event management and service coordination/delivery between the different agencies and CMO headquarter/subsidiary marketers. The Commercial Marketing Coordinator will be orchestrating marketing execution by leading a complex v-team of stakeholders and will deliver marketing impact against key business goal by acquiring and nurturing leads and supporting consumption.
The Commercial Marketing Coordinator is part of the CEE Marketing Service Desk team and will be physically located in Russian hub to provide support.
What will your role be?
The Commercial Marketing Coordinator role supports and enables local (90%) & CEEHQ (10%) campaign execution. They will provide end-to-end planning and execution, and ensure that campaigns are running seamlessly across different systems and tools, so they deliver a great experience for our customers and partners.
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan for Financial Services and Healthcare industries to deliver on the Marketing and Sales priorities.
- Contribute to the Marketing Plan development during CEP aka Planning process. Understand the audience, market, and competitive landscape to deliver differentiated programs by industries.
- Plan, execute and follow-up BDM-targeted events both Microsoft and 3rd party organized.
- Responsible to plan and deliver signature Microsoft event series (Microsoft Envision Forum, CEO Business Talks, Industry days …) both on digital platforms and in-person.
- Leverage and localize global programs, positioning, messaging, and content. Provide local feedback and insights to corporate marketing stakeholders.
- Continually optimize performance across the marketing mix and deliver insights and opportunities to Marketing and Sales.
- Ongoing engagement with Sales to create and surface opportunities and support Sales objectives.
- Lead Microsoft brand stewardship, ensure GDPR compliance and adhere to Microsoft Accessibility Standards and Diversity and Inclusion principles in all marketing executions.
What’s important to know and have?
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills in English
- Detailed understanding of marketing strategy and marketing automation characteristics
- Intermediate project management strategies and tools
- Understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools and execution, both online and offline
- Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders
- Solution-oriented, proactive and independent individual with a desire to deliver results
- Team player, cooperative and collaborative
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Management is a big plus
- 5+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in technology marketing, with strong marketing operations background. Experience in working at a large global multi-national a plus
- Experience working with Sales teams and track record of marketing impact and influence a must.
- Must be a data-driven marketer. Must be comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments and leading data discussions with key business stakeholders.
- Must be inspired by digital marketing execution, embrace Marketing Automation concepts, and be obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience through relevant, connected customer engagement.
