Now we are looking for a Head of macroregion
Notice: this vacancy is Not Related to sales and B2B.
We consider candidates from B2C, C2C area, product and business development experience in ride-hailing is highly welcomed.
What you will do:
- Defining a development strategy through external and internal market research, identifying the most important inDriver opportunities in 2 macro-regions and launching them to achieve annual growth of GMV & Revenue in x2;
- Managing P&L at the macroregional level and maintaining healthy financial performance while showing high growth;
- Initiating, selecting new countries and cities to launch inDriver;
- Improving and constantly monitoring key indicators of cities where inDriver is present;
- Controlling the GR function in your macro-region;
- Scaling new product features that stimulate KPI growth;
- Motivating and developing the team, increasing their expertise;
- Conducting product and marketing experiments and tests, testing hypotheses;
- Initiating and participating in the implementation of important product and marketing changes in macroregions;
- Interacting with cross-teams (marketing, product, analytical, PR, operational, legal and financial) and their coordination to launch projects, solve problems and ensure growth within the cities where inDriver operates;
- Implementing of a data-driven culture in decision making;
- Preparing and presenting to C-Levels of inDriver business reviews on progress towards key performance indicators;
- Promoting interests of users of macroregions.
What we are looking for:

What we are expecting you to do at inDriver:
- Own the end to end PnL and Business Strategy for the region;
- Work with Leadership on the product portfolio plan and the business model;
- Grow and build the business at scale;
- Work with crossfunctional teams to define a product strategy and roadmap;
- Build effective work with a team that is located in different time zones, you know how cross-functional teams work;
- Have business trips to different countries within your region.
